Q: Does not hold a charge
A: Please change a USB charging cable to see if it can be charged normally
Q: I can't turn on the soap dispenser properly after charging
A:Please press and hold the switch button for 2 seconds to see if the white light is on
Q: What adapter should I use?
A: We recommend using a 5V adapter with a USB interface. If the adapter voltage is higher than 5V, it may cause damage to the product.
Note：
1.Do not add non-foaming soap directly to use. It needs to be diluted with water before use.
2.If the soap dispenser is not used for a long time, the remaining liquid needs to be poured out. After adding clean water, the liquid will be sensed to clear the residual foam in the pipe.
