BELLEMATE Return Policy
Thank you for choosing BELLEMATE. This store is named for my grandchildren, Anabelle and Mateo, and I only sell items I’d be proud to give them. If something isn’t right with your order, I want to make it right for you.
Our 30-Day Promise
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to contact us for a return or exchange. After 30 days, I’m sorry, but we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To Be Eligible
Your item needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
We’ll also need your receipt or order number so I can look it up.
Items We Can’t Take Back
Because we sell wellness and comfort items, some things can’t be returned for everyone’s safety:
- Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or personal care items that have been opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Sale items — only regular-priced items can be refunded
Partial Refunds
We may issue a partial refund if an item shows obvious signs of use, is missing parts, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery through no fault of ours.
If Something Arrived Damaged or Defective
Please email me right away at support@bellemate.us. We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. I’ll take care of you and send a replacement fast.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, I’ll email you. If your return is approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within a few business days. Your bank may take a little time to post it.
Late or Missing Refunds
First, double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, because posting can take time.
If you’ve done that and still don’t see it, email me at info@bellemate.us and I’ll help track it down.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, email info@bellemate.us and we’ll get it sorted.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll send you a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll refund the gift giver and they’ll know about the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without it.
