Shipping Policy

I know you want your order fast, especially if it’s for a child or grandchild. That’s why we only work with US suppliers who ship in 3–5 business days.

Processing Time  

Orders are processed within 2 business day. We don’t ship on weekends or US holidays.  

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Times  

•  US orders: 3–5 business days after processing  

•  We currently only ship within the United States

Shipping Cost  

Free US shipping on orders $35 or more.  

Orders under $35 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee at checkout.

Where We Ship From  

All BELLEMATE products ship from US warehouses in California, Florida, and Vermont. No 2–3 week waits from overseas. FL sales tax is applied when shipping within Florida.

Lost or Delayed Packages  

USPS, UPS, and FedEx handle delivery once it leaves our warehouse. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, email me at support@bellemate.us and I’ll personally track it down for you.
