It comes with 3 super sharp stainless steel blades for chopping, dicing, and slicing your way to a professionally prepared meal. They are made of heavy duty Japanese 420-grade hardened stainless steel, known not to rust or lose sharpness over time. Use them to make 12mm dice, 23mm dice, and 6mm-wide slices respectively. The blades have an extra large cutting surface, allowing you to process much more vegetables in one go compared to other chopper models.
